Our Ava Rose Package entitles you to the private use of Richwood on the River from Friday noon until Sunday noon, including 5 mansion bedroom suites, 6 cottage houses, 2 luxury carriage house apartments, all on our beautifully manicured grounds. This package includes overnight accommodations for up to 50 guests for 2 nights.
Richwood on the River can accommodate:
- 220 guest maximum for indoor Carriage House events
- 300 guest maximum for outdoor tented events (tent rental not included)

- Initial planning meeting and property walk
- Final details meeting scheduled 30 days prior to your event date
