Weddings at Richwood:
We’ll look at our calendars before and during your tour to share available dates with you in real time.
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season weekends.
Dates are typically held for 7–10 days following your tour.
A $750 booking fee, signed contract, and damage deposit secure your date.
Venue payments are split into thirds:
• 1 year out
• 6 months out
• 30 days prior to your wedding
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior. Initial payments are non-refundable.
If you wish to move your date and it’s feasible, you may sign a new contract and receive 50% of payments credited to the new date if your original date is rebooked. Approval is at the discretion of Richwood ownership.

We provide a detailed brochure outlining everything included in our wedding services.
Yes. We offer Peak Season, Mid Season, Off Season, and Weekday wedding rates.
We pride ourselves on no hidden or surprise fees.

• Optional rentals like Rustic Farm Tables, China, or Glassware
• Automatic gratuity for your Event Specialist
Capacity & Spaces:
• Carriage House: 220 guests (170 for winter weddings)
• Outdoor ceremony pad: up to 300 (tent not included)
• Cocktails in Carriage House: up to 300 standing
Ceremony moves into the Carriage House, cocktails in the Main House while we flip the space for dinner and dancing. If a tent is installed, we utilize alternate indoor spaces as needed.
Up to 250 cars onsite, with parking attendants before your ceremony or event start.
Yes. We have an ADA ramp for the event space and cabin entrances.
Timeline & Access:
6 hours of scheduled event time, plus full property and lodging access from Friday at 12 noon through Sunday at 12 noon.
Starting Friday at noon. Early arrival hours are available at $250/hour.
Yes, during your rented hours.
All outside events end at 11pm. Indoor events may extend to midnight.
Yes — $350 per additional ½ hour after your included 6 hours.
Overnight Accommodations:
Up to 50 overnight guests.
We provide a rooming list with room names, bed types, and guest counts.
Yes! Continental breakfast Saturday morning and coffee & donuts Sunday.
Absolutely — that relaxed, extended weekend experience is part of what makes Richwood special.
Catering & Bar:
We do require the use of our Exclusive Caterers.
Yes. You may supply your own alcohol or use a bar service.
Yes — all events serving alcohol must have bartenders. We can invoice for staffing.
Yes. Host Liquor Liability Insurance is required if supplying alcohol.
Yes, we provide prep space for catering teams.

Yes, you sure can!
No open flames, no confetti, and artificial petals outdoors must be cleaned up.

Ceremony & Getting Ready:
We have multiple beautiful outdoor locations and can place chairs almost anywhere.
Yes, arches are available for rent.
Yes — multiple spaces for both sides of the wedding party.

Policies:
Yes — $25 cleaning fee per pet.
Outside only, with proper disposal.
Caterers and Richwood’s end-of-night staff manage reception cleanup. Rehearsal cleanup can be DIY or staff-assisted.
Support & Coordination:
We provide an Event Specialist and Assistant the day of your wedding.
Your Event Specialist, Assistant, and parking attendants — with 1–2 staff always present.
Yes — we provide tools like Timeline Genius and Prismm. While we’re not full planners, we conduct your rehearsal and closely support timing and flow throughout the weekend.
We are onsite and present all weekend.
