Professional Bar Service, LLC (formerly Executive Bar Service) is a well established bar service business.
We have been family owned and operated since 1975 and pride ourselves in providing quality service to our customers. The business was run for years by Jim and Babs Steinbach and recently the torch has been shared with daughter Amy Steinbach.
The Steinbach family has been serving customers in the Louisville area for over 30 years and they understand what it takes to deliver a quality product and service in a professional manner.
Professional Bar Service has been a member of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce/Greater Louisville Inc. for over 20 years. They have also been members of the Middletown Lions Club, serving many nonprofits and service organizations in the Middletown area.

BLACK ROCK GRILLE – FOOD TRUCK
Rock-Grilled Burgers & Hand-Cut Fries – Black Rock Grille Food Truck is all about simple…but interesting, good food with the best ingredients. Owner and Head Chef, Chuck Downes makes everything by hand, from the mayonnaise and guacamole and jalapenos to the hand-cut fries and ketchup. He also never uses any frozen ingredients and only uses Certified Angus beef for the burgers. All the burgers are grilled on a black rock basalt stone (hence the name, Black Rock Grille!) that adds intense flavor while getting the perfect sear on each and every burger.
