Richwood on the River is the destination wedding venue right in your own backyard. We can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests for 2 nights. Imagine sharing the entire weekend with family and friends that have traveled from afar to share in your special day! Our couples enjoy the opportunity to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all in the same place; and your guests know that their comfort was important to you as well.

Richwood offers many tranquil spaces on our 117 acre property yet the convenience of a local town with all the amenities. Madison, IN is only 2 miles across the river and with 35 blocks of Main Street on the National Historic Landmark Registry, we promise that there will be something for everyone on your guest list to enjoy.

Ava Rose Package
With this serene location on the Ohio River and our versatile amenities and historic accommodations, Richwood on the River is the setting for your extraordinary event. Let us cater to you as we create the wedding of your dreams. Honor Package
For an elegant day of  celebration with a unique personalized feel, our Honor Package is right for you. Sit back and enjoy the most memorable time of your life. This package begins with access to the Carriage House hall on Friday, then on Saturday enjoy an elegant day full of celebration, and the wedding of your dreams on our beautifully manicured grounds and tranquil spaces on our 117 acre property overlooking the Ohio River. Richwood on the River is your ideal destination for your Week Day Wedding. Experience everything Richwood on the River has to offer with three full days on the property! Our Cherish Package entitles you to the private use of Richwood on the River from noon on Monday until noon on Thursday, including 5 mansion bedrooms suites, 6 cottage houses, 2 luxury carriage house apartments all on our beautifully manicured grounds.
