For an elegant ‘Day Of‘ celebration with a unique personalized feel, our Honor Package is right for you. This package begins with access to the Carriage House hall on Friday for load in at 3:00 PM, then on Saturday enjoy an elegant day full of celebration (8am to 10pm), and the wedding of your dreams on our beautifully manicured grounds and tranquil spaces on our 117 acre property overlooking the Ohio River.

Richwood on the River can accommodate:

  •  150 guest maximum for indoor Carriage House events
  •  180 guest maximum with additional seating on the Carriage House Terrace (not covered)
  •  400 guest maximum for outdoor tented events (tent rental not included)

Your rental includes:

  • Initial Planning Meeting and Property Walk
  • Final Details Meeting scheduled 30 days prior to your event date
  • Our Carriage House Hall & Terrace with 2 outdoor Fireplaces
  • Event Planning Assistance
  • Two Carriage House Apartments on the day of your event (getting ready rooms)
  • Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Sites on our beautifully manicured grounds
  • Newlyweds Accommodations the night of your event
  • Set up and tear down of tables and chairs for ceremony & event areas
  • 6ft beverage, gift, DJ, place card, and appetizer tables (5)
  • Durable white garden chairs for outdoor ceremony (200)
  • Mahogany Chiavari chairs (200)
  • 5ft round tables (20)
  • 4ft round cake & sweetheart tables (2)
  • High cocktail tables (4)
  • 8ft serving tables (2)

Richwood on the River is in close proximity to local vineyards, eateries,shops and additional lodging for you and your guest’s convenience.

Peak Season Cost: $9000 – plus 7% tax and $750 refundable damage deposit
Off Season Cost: $7000 – plus 7% tax and $750 refundable damage deposit
( Off-Season is November – April)

In addition, Richwood on the River offers the following services:

  • Continental Breakfast / Light Lunch for Wedding Party on Wedding Day
  • FULL Wedding & Event Coordination Services
  • Bed & Breakfast accommodations for your guests
  • Additional set up time $100/hr
